How long has your company been in business?

We have been providing marketing support services for over 15 years. Our services can include cold calling, lead generation, and appointment setting services.


What type of campaigns will I be working?

Our specialty is in the industrial market with service companies. This includes janitorial service campaigns, HVAC services, plumbing and refrigeration marketing programs. We also support other commercial campaigns.


Is there room for growth with your company?

Absolutely!  We are always looking for the next program manager and always try to hire from within our organization and internal team as we grow. We are certainly open to program managers with industry experience.


What kind of equipment do I need for this position?

All independent contractors will need a computer, USB headset, internet (no satellite) and occasionally a printer to print needed documents.


What kind of training do you provide?

Our new training program is an interactive on-line program. We are very excited about the ease of transitioning new team members to a working environment after going through our training program. The pre-orientation program is approximately 3 hours. After a few days of working a program, you will be given the second set of training modules which is approximately 2 hours.
